A film studio in your headset.

TrigunAI Studio is a VR-native virtual production platform on Meta Quest 3. Step into a cinematic studio, place your subject, and a camera drone films them in real time — recorded to MP4 and live-streamed to Twitch in a single tap.

Camera-movement demo from inside the headset — drone POV filming a subject in TrigunAI Studio's Cinematographer Studio environment. Cinematographer policy still in training; smooth orbital-mode camera shown here is the stable shipping behavior. May 2026.

The product

What TrigunAI Studio does.

Solo creators are stuck between a phone tripod and a film crew. TrigunAI Studio sits in the gap. You put on a Meta Quest 3, teleport into a cinematically-lit virtual studio — fashion runway, jazz club, stadium, theater — place your subject on the stage, and a small camera drone films them. The drone's POV streams to a cloud GPU which simultaneously writes an MP4 to disk and pushes the live feed to Twitch. You do nothing but direct.

Underneath: we're training the drone's cinematography behavior as a reinforcement-learning policy in NVIDIA Isaac Lab, then exporting the trained ONNX to run on-device via Unity Inference Engine at 50 Hz. The same trained policy is designed to deploy later to a Modal AI Starling 2 autonomous drone with a GoPro Hero 12 — sim-to-real validated in VR first, so we don't spend hardware money on an untested policy.

How it works

Three taps to a recorded shot.

01

Pick a studio template

Six themed environments — runway, club, stadium, rave, theater, product showcase — each fully lit, switchable in a tap from the in-headset board.

02

Place your subject

A virtual character is already on the stage. Custom subject upload (GLB format) and live mocap performer are on the roadmap.

03

Press record & stream

One tap saves a 1280×720 H.264 MP4 and pushes the live drone POV to your Twitch channel via cloud-GPU NVENC encoding.

Inside TrigunAI Studio

Flow Dancer.

A dance-flow art studio inside TrigunAI Studio. Pick up a physics-based VR prop — fingertip particle beams, LED poi, plasma whips, web weavers, galaxy spirals — and dance with it inside an audio-reactive scene. The same AI cinematographer drone films you. Save an MP4 or go live to Twitch in one tap.

Honest about where we are.

AlphaShipping multiple builds per week to Meta Quest 3 alpha — currently at v157+. Working in-headset today.
AlphaSix studio templates, smooth orbital-mode camera, manual flight controls, per-session MP4 recording, live Twitch streaming via Quest → cloud T4 GPU NVENC → RTMP.
In developmentThe trained PPO cinematographer policy. Training in NVIDIA Isaac Lab; iterating on the steady-shot reward and Isaac-to-Unity physics transfer. Orbital-mode camera is the stable shipping behavior while we close that gap.
In developmentCustom subject upload (GLB), markerless mocap for the performer, multi-Quest / multi-creator sessions.
Planned 2026Real-hardware deploy of the trained policy to a Modal AI Starling 2 autonomous drone with a GoPro Hero 12, gated on a pre-visualization milestone.
ExplorationModusXR — additive Focus Mode variants (Focal Border, Attention Spotlight, Peripheral Parking) for optical see-through AR. Target hardware: XREAL Project Aura. Prototyped on Meta Quest 3 video passthrough as an Aura-honest simulator. Design-spec and evaluation harness stage.

GuruLok — live on Meta Quest.

Shipped · Meta Quest

A spiritual multiverse, in your headset.

GuruLok is our meditation and spiritual VR app, live on the Meta Quest store today. Temple environments, sacred geometry, audio-reactive scenes — built for the practitioner who wants the cultural depth without the travel.

GuruLok was built on the same engineering stack we now use for TrigunAI Studio — Unity 6 with URP, OpenXR, hand tracking, custom shaders, the Quest-to-cloud pipeline. Same engineering team, same proven stack, next product.
